This Payment Policy complies with German banking law, PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication and PCI-DSS standards, explaining the accepted payment methods, currency, payment security, billing verification, and payment-related terms for orders placed through our website.

We accept the following secure EU-compliant payment methods at checkout, no extra surcharges for any payment option per German payment regulations: Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Alternative Payment Methods: PayPal Europe, German bank transfer (Überweisung). The payment methods displayed at checkout are the official payment options available for your order. All payments must be successfully authorised via 3D Secure SCA authentication and fully processed before an order can be prepared, fulfilled, or shipped.

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Euro (EUR), all prices include German VAT (MwSt), as mandatory for German online retail websites. The total amount shown at checkout may include the product price, applicable shipping charges, discounts, and mandatory German VAT based on your shipping address and order details. If your card or payment account is issued in a currency other than EUR, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional exchange fees. These fees are charged by your financial institution and are not controlled by Krekzone, and we cannot reimburse such conversion costs.

Your payment security is important to us and fully aligned with PSD2 and PCI-DSS European standards applicable in Germany. Our checkout is processed through Shopify EU and regulated third-party EU payment providers. Payment information is transmitted securely through end-to-end SSL encrypted checkout systems and payment gateways. Krekzone does not store your full credit card or debit card number on our website or servers. Payment card details are handled exclusively by certified secure EU payment processors in compliance with German DSGVO rules.

To help protect customers and prevent unauthorised transactions, the billing information provided at checkout must fully match the legal information associated with your payment method. We may review or cancel an order if: The payment cannot pass mandatory SCA strong authentication The billing information appears incomplete or inaccurate The transaction is flagged by EU fraud prevention tools We are unable to verify important order details If an order is cancelled for payment or security reasons, we will notify you by email when possible and issue a full refund within 14 calendar days.

When you place an order, your payment method may be authorised immediately. Depending on your German bank or payment provider, a temporary authorisation hold may appear before the payment is fully processed. If your order is cancelled before fulfilment, any applicable authorisation hold or refund will be handled according to your payment provider’s European processing timeline, capped at the statutory 14-day refund maximum under German law.

If your payment is declined, please check that your billing details, card information, 3D Secure authentication setup, and available balance are correct. You may also contact your German bank or EU payment provider for more information on authentication failures. Orders with failed or declined payments will not be processed until a valid payment has been successfully completed with full SCA verification.

We value clear communication with our customers. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, notice an unauthorised transaction, or have a billing concern related to your order, please contact us first so we can review the issue and assist you before you open a payment dispute. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may significantly delay the resolution process and extend refund timelines per European payment provider rules.

After a successful payment with full SCA validation, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you notice any incorrect information, such as shipping address, contact details, or product selection.
